How do I control my pump remotely?
You can control your pump using SMS, call, or app/web commands once registered. Location and device ID verification ensure secure access.
What data does the app collect?
Personal details (name, email, mobile), login credentials, device data, and location (with permission) to link the app with your hardware securely.
Is My login and location data secure?
Yes. Passwords are hashed and encrypted. Location is collected only with consent and not used for marketing.
Can I view logs and notifications?
Yes. App and web dashboard provide logs for irrigation activity, voltage/current stats, and fault diagnostics.
What happens if there's no internet or GSM signal?
If connectivity is lost, the system will execute the last synced schedule. Sync resumes once the connection is restored.
